Outbound calls placed from Vobiz numbers in the +918071584xxx series are failing to connect. The cause is a misconfiguration on the carrier side, confirmed by the provider. Impact began at approximately 14:30 IST.
These numbers are being replaced. Affected accounts will be contacted directly with replacement numbers. No other number series is affected.
